Founded to provide efficient legal services to banks and financial institutions doing business within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico, GLS Legal Services, LLC (“GLS”) has established and earned a first-class reputation for innovation and efficiency, especially within our core practice areas: Banking and Financial Institutions, Real Estate, and Notary Services.
We have recently expanded our practice to offer our legal and notarial services to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico.
Our offices are conveniently located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Our team of Attorney-Notaries are available to provide services throughout the island.

Our Firm is available when required to provide legal services to our clients. All attorneys, clerks and secretarial staff have e-mail accounts which they check regularly, and can respond quickly to inquiries from clients.
